One Step at a Time

99% do, 1% don’t.
Do now.
Just stretch one percent of the time.
Philosophy is a way out of anxiety.
Don’t just theorize, though.
You’ve got to act.
And perfect philosophy,
is like meditation
for the anxious mind.
Lower the blood pressure
by refining your philosophy,
but take it one step at a time.
Anything worth doing,
is worth the time it takes to do it.
